Cop tells her to put hands up, then do a slow 360 spin. He makes her put her hands behind her head, and she asks to be handcuffed behind her back. Cop frisks Sumiko, focusing on her belly and feet. He handcuffs her behind her back, then tickles/pats her down. She asks him to remove her belly button ring, and finally he walks her away to jail.
